It's actually quite easy to use, there is lots of help and instruction on the web building pages and when there are issues, the staff are quick to respond and amenable. I've also noticed a very wide range of differing designs between churches so it's not restrictive. When we converted to the 'Design Builder' we used it as an opportunity to tidy up and harmonise the style of our various web pages”
