Flood at our offices

UPDATE: 28th June 2019 at 11:40

Wednesday afternoon and Thursday we were located in a meeting room within the building.  Today we are now setup in a temporary office whilst our previous office is drying out and being repaired. We now have the phones back up and running. However there is a bit of a backlog with support tickets and emails so we ask for your continued patience whilst we respond to these.

We appreciate the many message of support and apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you when you have tried to contact us.

Original message:

The team at Church Edit has had an unfortunate disruption. Yesterday, (Wednesday 26th of June) there was a flood in our office which has meant we have had to shift to a temporary office space. This disruption has impacted our ability to access the internet and support lines in the manner we usually would.

Please note, this will not affect any of your iKnow accounts or website services.

Support is our utmost priority and we pride ourselves in being known for the quick responses we provide to all of our iKnow users. Please understand that we are doing our best to rectify this situation as soon as we can. In the meantime, we will still be answering support emails/tickets, but there may be a slightly longer delay than usual. We will keep you updated on this situation and let you know when we are working at full capacity. If you do not already follow us on Facebook, please do so here as this is where we will post any new updates.

Thank you for your patience,

The Team at Church Edit
