We pride ourselves on creating a great customer experience from the very first contact churches have with our products.

We have grown every year since 2003 and as we continue to see more and more churches join the iKnow Church and Church Edit family, we are looking to expand our support team with this new role. 

This role is for someone that loves to solve problems and has a genuine desire to help people. We regularly get feedback from our clients about the high level of support we offer - if successful then you will be able to play a part in our success.

Training will be provided for all our software, but the role does require a reasonable knowledge and experience of using websites and the ability to learn software quickly.  The successful applicant will be providing support by phone and through our ticketing system as well as helping develop the support experience that clients will receive. Support tickets need to be responded to within the required time, ensuring that we keep the high level of customer service.
